DEFINITIONS

In these terms, "Company" means Konung Casino; "Services" means the services provided by Company including but not limited to provision of platform for interaction and exchange between users.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
Company may modify these terms from time to time without prior notice to you; your continued use of the services after any such modifications is deemed acceptance thereof.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You must not: (i) misuse Services, including attempting to disable or circumvent measures intended to prevent unauthorized access; (ii) provide false information when registering for account with Company; and (iii) engage in conduct that infringes on rights of others, including intellectual property.

ACCOUNT SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT
Account registration is restricted to one individual per household; user shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of username and password. User must notify Company immediately if there is a breach of security or unauthorized use of account.

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to upload, post or transmit any material that: (i) infringes intellectual property rights of others; (ii) promotes violence, harassment or hate speech; or (iii) violates laws applicable in jurisdictions where Services are used.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Company retains ownership and all right, title and interest to its content; you may not reproduce or republish any such material without prior written consent of Company.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on "as is" basis with no warranties express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will company be liable in contract tort or otherwise arising out of use of Services.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms shall be governed by laws applicable in state where Company is incorporated; any disputes hereunder must be resolved before courts within that jurisdiction with exclusive venue thereof.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute entire agreement between you and Company relating to your use of Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements.

AMENDMENTS AND WAIVERS
Company may amend these terms at its discretion; any waiver must be in writing signed by authorized representative of Company.
